SubmitReady is operated by Quixas Technology. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we process

Account details (name, work email, company) and the insurance submissions you or your brokers send to SubmitReady: emails, application forms, loss runs and related documents, which can contain business and personal information about applicants.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: reading and checking submissions, drafting broker requests you approve, and keeping an audit trail. Submission documents are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to extract data. We do not sell data, and we do not use your submissions to train AI models.

Isolation and access

Each customer's data is kept separate and is only visible to that customer's users. Document views, changes and messages are recorded in the audit trail.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. Ask us at hello@submitready.ai to export or delete your data.
