Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SubmitReady, provided by Quixas Technology.

The service

SubmitReady extracts information from insurance submissions and checks it against rules you configure. It is a workflow aid. It does not make underwriting, coverage or pricing decisions, and AI extraction can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing documents and for every decision and message sent to brokers.

Your data

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You confirm you are entitled to share it with us for processing. See the Privacy Policy for how it is handled.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you are not authorized to process, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with the service.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or pilot agreement. Pilots may be cancelled at the end of their term.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
